Each kit comes with 10 luminaries. Luminaries should be placed 6 feet apart. Measure your curbside front yard to determine how many kits you need.

Luminaries do not have to be folded, but we suggest that you do. When folded, the luminaries have more stability against wind and have more space to let out light.
Place your luminaries 6 feet apart to be consistent with your neighbors.
You can fill your bags with 1-2 cups of sand or birdseed. Make sure you fill the bags to at least 1 1/2 inches, because we find the bags tend to tip over when less is put in.
Sand will be available for several days before the event until it has all been taken. It is first come, first served. We will send more updates closer to the event to let you know when and where to pick up your sand.
We will notify you of the dates, but we plan to have sand available from Wednesday, December 10 through Saturday, December 13. Directions will be posted at the sand site to explain how much sand to take. Sand will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will send out more information through the Illuminate for Good instagram page, That's So Hibben facebook page, Belle Hall Plantation facebook page, through direct email, and on this website.
Turn your luminaries on by 5 pm on Saturday, December 13th.
Luminaries are placed along curbs on each street, so any cars on the street block the luminaries. Please park them off the street during our event.
